Complaints

We do our best to offer products with the highest quality and free from defects. However, if you have purchased a product that fails to meet the requirements, you are entitled to make a warranty claim under the conditions defined in the applicable law regulations.

Your rights as a Consumer are particularly specified in:
• the Civil Code Act on 23 April 1964 (and then on 17.12.2013, Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121, as amended) – if a purchase has been made after 25 December 2014.
• the act on specific terms of consumer sale and on the amendment to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 141, item 1176, as amended) – if a purchase has been made before 25 December 2014.

A complaint of the defective product (purchased after 25.12.2014) or nonconformity of the goods with the contract (purchased before 25.12.2014) can be lodged:
• in the retail premises – to do this, bring the product under complaint and the proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, VAT invoice), and the rest of formalities will be performed there,
• by mail, attaching the proof of purchase and filling in complaint form

Remember, we do not accept cash on delivery shipments!

A complaint should be submitted after noticing the defect; the footwear should not be used afterwards since it can lead to an increase of the defect. In any case, a complaint will be processed immediately, not later than 14 days after it has been submitted. We will inform you about the processing in the way that you choose.

Complaints for the use of the online shop


You are also entitled to submit complaints for the use of the online shop www.chmielna20.pl (in particular, for electronically supplied services). Such complaints can be submitted:

In order to submit a complaint, we recommend to indicate:


the subject of complaint, in particular, the type and date for the irregularity,

  • specified demand,

  • contact details to answer.


Providing the above information will help us to speed up the complaint process. Each complaint will be processed immediately, not later than 14 days from the date of its receipt.
